we just moved and so our aol internet was cut of as it had to be reconnected....which was fine they said 14 days ...14 days pasted so i rang yest and they said yep tomorow it wil be online due it being a holiday we cant do it 2day.... i ring to day to talk to a women who said she would be right back as she was going to connect us.... we were on hold for about 15 mins so i hung up .... i ven re rung to find she had actually cancelled our credit!! not connected it!!
i had a lovely chat with the poor man down the end of the phone!!
have you had the same encouter??

No i have orange "Broaband and they seem very good its £18 per month though

oh orange came out like lowest in the broadbands on watchdog...ah wel it changes for some ppl......

Yes it does lol anyway it used to be wanadoo but turned to "orange" and its the orange that do the mobile phones lol
