Paypal.Hi There,
I Paid For A Item Through Paypal (The Total Value Was 122 Pounds) And It Said That The Transaction Has Gone Through But On eBay It Says That I Have To Pay For It.
The Money Has Been Taken Out From My Bank Account And I've Got Like No Proof. The Seller Hasn't Received The Money Either - Or He Could Be Lying, I Don't Know
What Should I Do?

did you print of a receipt when you bought it? if so scan it into it... or go to you paypal history and look at the transaction if its there ring up paypal and say look i have done this this this ..... and say i have proof it was sent but the item i purchased the seller disputes....
then they should ask you to scan them the page and do that and you should be ok with it

Paypal are just a RIP off, they charge fees to send money but dont follow where the money goes, nor do they try to get the money back for you 
currently doing a dispute myself

I think it's unfair the way eBay/Paypal take money off you several times, even though it's the same company!
